This copyright and license shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the copyright laws of the United States of America and the State of California. If any portion of this agreement is held to be unenforceable for any reason, that provision of the License shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent of the parties, and the remainder of the License shall continue in full force and effect.
