These two are inseparable—prayer and love for Christ! It can be said that the more you pray the more you will love Christ, and the more you love Christ the more you will pray. Each prompting the other—prayer prompting love, greater love prompting greater prayer. As your prayer life diminishes, so too will your heart for Him, and conversely, if your love for Him wanes, so too will your prayer life. One should always be careful then to maintain a consistent dedicated prayer life to produce a constant warm heart, ensuring a continuous flow of Christ's love through their life; and it is this life the world so desperately needs! A heart so hot with Christ's love that it would melt the hardest of hardhearted sinners instantly upon contact!
