Manage Databases Members Database
You may perform the following 2 major functions from this feature:
(You may also download, restore, or delete a database.)
Rebuild your current Members database
Backup your current Members database

Rebuild Database: Click For Info

Executing this routine will rebuild your current original database located in your pass-protected folder by any of the methods you select below. Caution: Always do a current backup of this database before executing this function.

1. Rebuild my members.db file by Lastname: A - Z
2. Rebuild my members.db file by Lastname: Z - A
3. Rebuild my members.db file by SubDate: Oldest - Newest
4. Rebuild my members.db file by SubDate: Newest - Oldest


Rebuild Successful! Rebuild successful as requested.

Note:
If you want to download this rebuild of your original members.db, click this Download your userdata file button.

If you want a copy of a different sort, select the Sort and Show feature above and download your sorted preference when page one of sorted viewing loads (your original database is not rebuilt, only the copy is sorted and cached for your custom viewing and download).


Back Up Database:

Executing this routine will backup your Members Database listed below to your /backups/ directory. You may also choose to restore or delete any of your older backups that may be listed below. Caution: Restoring a backup will overwrite the current active database you select to restore. Therefore, it is strongly recommended you back up this database before restoring it.

The number of backups you maintain is strictly up to you. However, we recommend at least 2.

Active database you have chosen to backup:   Download your userdata file and Download your .htpasswd file
Number of backups on record for this database: 2   (If you are returning from either the backup process or deleting a backup, you may need to refresh this page to obtain a correct count and list.)

  1. members.db.bak.12_07_2004|.htpasswd.bak.12_07_2004 -  Restore -  Delete
  2. members.db.bak.01_24_2005|.htpasswd.bak.01_24_2005 -  Restore -  Delete
