    Question
Is there any way I can remove your copyright tag at the bottom of all HTML webpages produced by your program?
    Answer
    SPECIAL PRICING OPTION:
TicketAssistant's Retail price is $29.95. We require in our product license that our copyright tags be left intact.

If you haven't already made your purchase and you desire to remove our copyright tags, simply include an additional $20.00 (for a total purchase price of $49.95).
If you have already purchased TicketAssistant at the $29.95 price and wish to pay the additional $20 now for the copyright removal option, please contact us for further instructions and an order form.

Please note: All copyright tags found in the headers of all the scripts that come with this program, however, must remain intact. We retain complete ownership and copyrights to this program and all related files that are included with or produced by TicketAssistant. A buyer has been granted a single-user non-exclusive license for only its use as specified within our license agreement and no copyrights are conferred at any price. If you would like to purchase the full rights to this program, including ownership and all copyrights, you may contact us with an offer ;-)

    Question
Although I like your program, is there any way you can modify it to include and eliminate features that I need and don't need for my site?
    Answer
Absolutely. We will be glad to work with you and your specific needs. However, because we are a business, like any business, we wouldn't be around for long if we did if for free (our program is very extensive for a very small price). Our standard fee for labor is $50 per hour or contractual per job. We will modify our entire program to suit your particular needs at a negotiated price, or build you a custom one from the ground up. If you may be interested in either minor or more extensive modifications, or a completely custom program, feel free to contact us detailing precisely your needs to obtain a quote.

So, if you contact us about doing something unrelated to an actual error, or bug, caused by our program (free support for the first year), we will politely refer you to this notice.

    Question
I maintain a server for a non-profit organization and was wondering if you make exceptions for charging for your product?
    Answer
Just like you, we incur costs in our web-presence and aiding others for their business and/or pleasure in their endeavors. Until such time we may discover means that will permit giving away our product that required many hours of hard work, unfortunately, we must charge all alike.

    Question
I purchased TicketAssistant and am having trouble with installing it. Where do I go for help?
    Answer
We have gone to great lengths to provide a complete online HTML installation instructions packet. To keep your download size smaller, we have made it availabe online at our site at this location:

    https://jdks.adam2.org/ticketassistant/documentation/instructions.html

It is recommended you bookmark this link for future convenience. For any question that is not covered in our extensive help files, you may use our form for contacting us. Please, make sure you have read this documentation thoroughly before doing so. We spent a lot of time and trouble to delevop these help pages that would cover most, if not all, questions concerning installation and use.

    Question
I am new to installing and running cgi (perl) scripts and was wondering if you do installations for this program?
    Answer
Yes. For those who desire us to install (for a fee) TicketAssistant on your Linux/Unix server for your site use, and you HAVE NOT made your purchase yet, just check the option on our order form for the additional one-time installation fee to be added to your purchase.

If your HAVE ALREADY made your purchase and DID NOT opt for installation at the time of purchase, please contact us for instructions on a one-time installation fee payment.

In either case, after we have recieved payment, we will contact you with further instructions. (Minimum requirements for custom installation.)

    Question
I am planning to use TicketAssistant on more than one server. Can I install my one purchase on all servers?
    Answer
Sorry, but TicketAssistant is sold with a single user/machine license. This means that your single one item purchase may be used only on one machine or server--one URL address. It may be installed on that machine or server at that specific URL as many times as needed, for as many directories as required.

If you intend to use TicketAssistant on more than one machine, a different server, or different URL, you will need either a separate multiple-use or site license.

If you have already made your single one item purchase but desire multiple uses for different machines/servers/URL, contact us for obtaining a license for your specific need.

    Question
Can I use your product on any other type server than Linux?
    Answer
Currently, TicketAssistant has only been programmed to work on newer versions of Unix/Linux servers (i386 tested). We are working on a version that will be supported by Win/NT but do not have a release date as of yet. Sorry.
