How to sort incoming mail using
filters
Filters allow you to keep your Inbox clean and block email
from unwanted addresses.
- Click Options on the main navigation bar.
- Click the Block Filters link. Your current
list of filters will appear.
- Click Add Filter.
- Set the conditions for the filter by completing the
If-Then statement.
- (Optional) Click Match Case to enforce case
sensitivity. If the box is unchecked, the filter will
match the phrase regardless of what case the text is.
- Click Add Filter when you are finished.
Your new filter will appear in the Filter
Description list.
How to block Spam
Use our Bulk Mail Handling feature to direct mail
that is sent as part of a mass mailing to your Trash or Spam
folders.
- Click Options on the main navigation bar.
- Click the Bulk Mail link.
- Specify the destination of your incoming bulk mail by
selecting either your Trash folder, Spam folder, or your
Inbox.
- Click Save.
Report Spam and abusive emails to Everyone.net.
Please do not delete the email. Send us a copy of
the email and header information to abuse@everyone.net.
If the email message includes a serious threat to a
person or a person's property, constitutes a violation of a
restraining order, or violates the law in some way, we will
work in conjunction with the authorities to determine who sent
the abusive message.
