Remember, When Praying, It Is The Prayer Of The Heart That Holds The Interest Of The Petitioner As Well As Gaining The Attention Of God.

A prayer not from the heart will soon lose the interest of its author, if ever held, and the words will be spoken with little or no attention, unable to recall those just previously uttered. When this happens, know that the heart has not yet been dedicated fully to the spirit of prayer. Cease speaking immediately! And listen quietly and intently to your heart, meditating on His Word, and from this you will most likely find its message trying to escape through the previous words from your unfocused mind, when head and heart were not in harmony.
