Before Praying, Preparation Of The Heart Is Essential For The Soul's Ascent.

A heart prepared for prayer has the power to be spoken in only one word: "Father!" and His attention will be so obtained He will turn and come quickly. When the heart is so full and you cry, "Father" under its load, it is He Himself who hears, comes, and lifts from you your heavy burdens. And the content of your heart is easily seen by Him without your having to utter another word of disclosure. If you were reduced to the use of only one word in prayer, choose no other than: "Father." If two, then His name and yours, uttered in the same breath, for He surely would know all that would follow.

THIS IS PRAYER!

A Heart So Prepared For Prayer That Only A Single Word Will Suffice.
